We provide our banking clients with a cloud-native infrastructure to host and manage their customers. Constantinople’s state-of-the-art platform eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure, and replaces manual operational and compliance processes with automation at scale. The Role


The Product Management team is accountable for the end to end performance of the Constantinople product suite ensuring it meets its customer goals, legal and regulatory obligations and operational targets. The Product Manager, Payments will work closely with a cross-functional team across Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Product Design and more, to ensure successful delivery of our payments product roadmap. You will be responsible for defining the vision and strategy for our payments capabilities, driving innovation while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and user experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the comprehensive strategy for our payments capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Australian payments landscape to inform product decisions
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of industry initiatives such as Confirmation of Payee, PayTo, and other emerging payment innovations
  • Collaborate with banking partners, payment networks, and technology providers to develop compelling payments solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure payment systems are scalable, reliable, and secure
  • Translate complex payment technical requirements into clear product specifications
  • Design and implement effective fraud prevention and financial crime controls within our payment products
  • Partner with risk, compliance, and financial crime teams to ensure adherence to payment regulations and industry standards
  • Continuously enhance payment experiences based on user feedback and performance data
  • Optimise payment processing costs while maintaining service excellence
