About the Team

The Workflows Module is the key component of HighLevel’s automation engine, enabling agencies and businesses to create powerful, automated workflows that enhance efficiency, save time, and improve outcomes. By integrating with multiple product areas within the HighLevel platform, the Workflows Module empowers users to streamline processes, nurture leads, and manage tasks seamlessly. As part of the team, you’ll work on improving existing AI capabilities within workflows, conceptualizing new workflow AI features, and delivering solutions that drive adoption, activation, and business growth. The team is committed to optimizing user experience, increasing efficiency, and helping customers get the most value out of HighLevel.


About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager 1 to join the Workflows Team. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual who is passionate about automation and SaaS products. As a PM, you will help build impactful features and refine existing capabilities in the Workflows Module, making it easier for users to automate complex business processes. You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand user pain points, develop innovative solutions, and ensure seamless execution. You will play a critical role in driving product success by leveraging data, user insights, and collaborative teamwork.


Your Responsibilities

- Enhancing the existing AI capabilities in the Workflows Module to improve usability and effectiveness for HighLevel customers.

- Designing and implementing new AI actions and triggers that simplify automation and expand workflow possibilities.

- Collaborating on improvements to the AI assistant, including adding new features and bringing innovative AI capabilities to enhance user experience.

- Integrating AI into existing workflow actions and triggers to enable smarter automation and decision-making processes.

- Working on general workflow enhancements, optimizing existing processes, and ensuring the Workflows Module meets the needs of diverse users.

- Validating AI and workflow features with users at the wireframe, mockup, and beta stages to gather actionable feedback.

- Writing detailed user stories and collaborating closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality product updates.

- Monitoring user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve AI-powered workflows and overall user satisfaction.

- Staying updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and identifying opportunities to incorporate them into the Workflows Module.


Your Core Skills

- You are passionate about software products

- You have been involved in a successful (or unsuccessful) launch of a software product

- You have prior experience in either of the following Product Management

- You understand product development lifecycle or have a history of working on Software products

- You have been a leader either formally or informally and have demonstrated leadership skills in the past

- You can deconstruct software products and highlight good UX from bad UXPassion for AI-driven products and a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in the context of automation and SaaS tools.

- Ability to identify user pain points and design AI-driven solutions to address them effectively.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting user behavior data and refining AI workflows accordingly.

- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for workflow automation, including AI-powered triggers, actions, and assistants will be a plus.

Indicative Interview Process


Please note that the sequence and number of rounds may vary based on the candidate, interim feedback, and role requirements.

Step 1: Introductions & Exploratory Call (Duration: 60 mins) - This step aims to introduce HighLevel to you, answer questions about our Vision, Mission, and roadmap, and get to know you better.

Step 2: Product Round (Duration: 60 mins) - This round assesses your product management skills and abilities across various dimensions, such as strategic thinking, process understanding, product judgment, and problem-solving.

Step 3: Assignment - You will be expected to work on a Product Teardown Case Study.

Step 4: Case Study Round (Duration: 60 mins) - The goal of this round is to evaluate your presentation, product sense, communication, and strategy skills.

Step 5: Cultural Fitment Round (Duration: 30 mins) - The goal of this round is to assess cultural fit by discussing values, behaviors, traits, and other relevant aspects to ensure alignment between the candidate and the company’s culture.
