Stake is looking for a Product Manager - Trading Experience to join us at our Bondi Junction HQ, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH).

About this role

As a Product Manager for the Stake Trading Experience, you’ll prioritize the needs of both the customer and the business, working cross-functionally to enhance the Stake platform. Your focus will be on delivering a frictionless, customer-first UX while driving disciplined execution to achieve company KPIs. Leveraging your experience, creativity, and vision, you’ll balance the Stake roadmap with building a best-in-market, forward-thinking brokerage product.

You will be required to

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product, Design team, and Trading Experience engineering squad to deliver impactful outcomes for the Stake trading experience in app and web.
  • Work closely with market data partners across the US and Australia to collate requirements for receiving, mapping and translating the required data points into amazing experiences for our clients. 
  • Deeply understand the market dynamics, market data and exchange logic that is applied in the AUS and Wall st markets. 
  • Place a commercial lens over the costs and benefits of new trading experience features. Building out a clear line of sight to the impacts of new features on customer outcomes and revenue. 
  • Work closely with marketing, customer insights, customer success and directly with customers to understand and scope a world leading trading experience for our customer base. 
  • Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, championing innovation and striving for ambitious results.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager or Technical Product Manager ideally in the brokerage or investment industry, or with a strong passion for markets paired with experience working with a data-driven product.
  • Familiarity with managing products that require high data compliance and security standards.
  • Experience with mobile app-based products.
  • A solid understanding of API interfaces, data flows and database table structures.
