Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product features, improvements, and roadmap.
- Prioritise product features and enhancements based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments on time at a high cadence.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Gather insights to continuously improve product feature utilisation, usability, and user satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse key product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation – reducing friction, keystrokes, and driving feature adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- A passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
