Description

Are you a proactive and skilled Product Manager with a knack for UX design? We're in search of someone like you to join our team. As an integral part of our organisation, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality of output reign supreme.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role as an individual contributor, leveraging your expertise in UX design to drive meaningful product enhancements and improvements. Your focus won't be on months of research and user testing, but rather on delivering results that directly impact our customers. You'll be joining a forward-thinking organisation committed to agile development practices, where continuous updates and enhancements are the norm.

Your primary objective will be to ensure our product maintains its competitive edge by providing a seamless and user-friendly experience. This means iterating quickly, and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape across Australia and North America.

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make an immediate impact, then we want to hear from you. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to delivering excellence, one release at a time.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Head of Product to define product features, improvements, and roadmap.
  2. Prioritise product features and enhancements based on market requirements, customer feedback, and business objectives.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product increments on time at a high cadence.
  4. Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  5. Gather insights to continuously improve product feature utilisation, usability, and user satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and analyse key product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation – reducing friction, keystrokes, and driving feature adoption.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS.
  2. Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
  3. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  7. A passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
