We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in the product space on permanent basis. Whilst this role is advertised in Perth, WA, given the roles hybrid nature we would also consider candidates based in Sydney.

Requirements

About the role

The Product Manager manages product-line roadmap and development projects by working collaboratively with the market facing functions (sales, marketing, customer success) and the development team. Participates in product strategy sessions and evaluates product performance to help develop and update company and product objectives, and priorities. The Product Manager researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and recommends changes to current product development procedures and new product opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse market, industry, and competitive conditions as related to current and new product offerings
  • Develop detailed product specifications and requirements
  • Maintain a well prioritised backlog and support the development team through the product development cycle
  • Participate in strategy sessions, roadmap development and ensures project follow through
  • Collect data and conduct analysis related to current product utilization and sales trends
  • Identify threats and opportunities within current and future product offerings
  • Analyze feedback through interviews with existing and potential customers to identify and prioritize new product ideas and enhancements
  • Coordinate efforts and ensures product communication flows between development, sales, marketing and support teams
  • Provide advanced technical analysis and solutions sales support during sales and implementation processes
  • Develop and deliver internal product training and support materials for all audiences
  • Learn and understand occupational regulatory environments
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 2-5 years’ experience in one or more related areas (SaaS solutions architect, business analyst, SaaS developer, technical product marketing)
  • 3+ years of experience researching and analyzing data; including the ability to extract, aggregate, and summarize data from disparate systems
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Agile Methodology preferred
