Role Overview
We are in search of a Product Manager who is passionate about digital commerce and gaming to join the team. In this role, you will support the strategic development and operational execution of our solution—from initial discovery to launch, optimization, and post-release success management. You will collaborate closely with the Solution Owner, cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design, business development, LiveOps, integrations), and game developers worldwide
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Execution: Assist in planning and developing features, configurations, and enhancements across multiple projects. Maintain clarity on project timelines while closely collaborating with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
- Client-Facing Discovery: Engage in customer discovery efforts, articulating needs, shaping solutions, and supporting workshops and Integration planning.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Contribute to the ongoing analysis of key competitors, player behaviors, and monetization models to inform roadmap prioritization.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Integration teams to streamline go-to-market strategies, onboarding processes, and post-launch operations.
- LiveOps & Optimization: Monitor post-launch performance metrics, suggest optimizations, and support growth and engagement initiatives tailored to specific games and regional audiences.
- Documentation & Enablement: Assist in maintaining internal and external documentation (feature specifications, onboarding guides, FAQs) and help prepare training and sales enablement materials
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or technical account management within gaming, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of mobile game economies, monetization strategies, and player engagement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience working in cross-functional, distributed tams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, Jira/Confluence, and basic UX principles.
- Experience working directly with mobile game developers or publishers.
- Understanding of regional preferences in game monetization (e.g., LATAM, MENA, APAC).Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms or digital payment systems.
- Awareness of ethical considerations in game monetization and player psychology.
