About the role:
Plenti is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive innovation and deliver impact across a diverse portfolio of projects and products. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of finance solutions across a variety of verticals.
 
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited to lead cross-functional collaboration that delivers meaningful value to customers and the business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the definition, development and execution of the product strategy for your channel, aligning with the company’s missions, vision, strategic opportunities and key measures of success
• Constantly develop domain expertise and empathy for our customers, processes and the market through quantitative and qualitative discovery
• Collaborate with our engineering, design, operations and commercial teams to explore opportunities, develop innovative solutions to drive positive change in the business
• Maintain and constantly communicate the evolution of the channel roadmap, ensuring alignment amongst stakeholders. Being sure to strike the right balance between growth, efficiency and technical investments as appropriate
• Work with the other product teams to leverage efforts, manage dependencies and share learnings
• Benchmark product performance, quantify the impact of product releases to inform the continuing direction of the product roadmap using our data platforms and customer feedback
• Engage with customers to gain feedback and insight
• As a leader in the product and engineering teams, act as a driver of continuous improvement in our product management processes, champion best practice with our stakeholders and act as a mentor to more junior members
 
About You:
• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, UX/CX and strategy
• Demonstrated experience of delivering customer and business value on top of complex technology platforms supporting a diverse product suite
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable leveraging operational, transactional, and customer data to make product decisions and optimise outcomes.
• An entrepreneurial spirit — excited by opportunity, quick to adapt, and eager to make a tangible impact.
• Experience in Start Up/Scale up or FinTech is highly regarded however, not essential
