The world has fundamentally changed. We are growing from 400 employees into the next phase of our journey, and we need passionate talent filled with empathy and agility. The right candidate for the job is ethical, hyper-organized, fanatical about seeing things through to completion, service-oriented, and humble enough to take feedback and coaching yet confident enough to provide feedback and coaching.

Role Overview

Menlo Security is looking for a high-energy, results driven Product Manager to support our Browser Posture Management and Secure Application Access product portfolios along with a talented (and fun) team of experienced Product Managers. This is a critical, high-impact role for a self-starter. You will play a key role in defining the product roadmap and identifying customer pain points. You will also collaborate closely with our world-class Engineering and Go-to-Market teams globally to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with senior product managers to build a product vision, strategy, and detailed roadmap for Browser Posture Management and Secure Application Access, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and market opportunities.

Customer Insight: Conduct market research through and direct engagement with customers, sales, and support teams to identify pain points and strategic opportunities.

Requirements Definition & Execution: Translate customer and market needs into clear, detailed product requirements. Work closely with the engineering and UX/Design teams to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, QA, and launch.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, technical sales enablement, and launch plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Business Performance: Monitor and analyze key product metrics (usage, adoption, revenue, retention) to inform iterative improvements and strategic decisions, ensuring the product achieves its commercial goals.

Evangelism: Serve as the product expert internally and externally, presenting the product vision and capabilities to analysts, partners, and enterprise customers.

Required Skills & Experience

● 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.

● Strong technical foundation and ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams.

● Prior experience in cybersecurity, particularly in areas like SSE/SASE, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), or Security Posture Management (CSPM/SSPM) is desirable.

● Proven track record of managing and successfully shipping product features in an Agile environment, demonstrating a bias for action and results.

● Proficiency in using data, analytics, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and measure success.

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex topics clearly to executive stakeholders and technical audiences.

● A creative streak!
