Help Shape the Future of Learning at Global Scale

Every year, millions of learners interact with experiences powered by Learnosity.

As a Product Manager within our Build team, you'll help shape the products, APIs, and experiences that sit at the core of our platform. You'll work across learner and developer experiences, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations while helping us embrace the next generation of AI-enabled product development.

This role begins as a 7-month maternity cover, but we're actively evolving our Product organisation in response to AI-driven software development and increasing our investment in Product Management. For the right person, there may be opportunities beyond the initial contract term.

If you're excited by platform products, large-scale customer impact, and helping define the future of product management in an AI-enabled organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't simply a maternity cover.

You'll be stepping into a critical product role within Learnosity's Build platform, helping maintain momentum across key product initiatives while contributing to the next phase of platform evolution.

As AI changes how software is designed, built, and maintained, Product Managers are becoming increasingly important in shaping strategy, customer outcomes, and delivery priorities. We're investing heavily in this future and looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

You'll have the opportunity to own meaningful product areas, influence decisions across the business, and make an immediate impact from day one.
