About the role
Be the connective tissue between Product and the rest of the business. Ensure new features ship smoothly and are adopted successfully. Own internal readiness, cross-functional orchestration, and the assets that enable everyone—from ops to success to data—to deliver a consistent, informed experience.

What you'll do

  • Drive product adoption through high-velocity release support.
Deliver timely, accurate communications for every release. Write internal briefs, clinical use cases, and documentation that help teams absorb product changes and support users effectively.

  • Orchestrate impactful launches.
Coordinate GTM efforts across the business. Create and manage checklists, timelines, and launch communications that ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Maintain internal source-of-truth content.
Create and update feature briefs, FAQs, enablement docs, and process guides. Make sure the whole business stays aligned on what’s new and how it works.

  • Collect product insights, gather and channel feedback.
Listen to the frontlines. Systematically capture feedback from Sales, Support, and customers to help refine positioning and inform future roadmap planning.

What you'll bring

  • 3–5 years in product marketing, product operations, or internal enablement.

  • Experience working closely with product and CX teams on release readiness.

  • Excellent written communication and internal documentation skills.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with many stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
