Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in positioning Piktochart as the go-to platform for visual storytelling. You’ll be the bridge between product, marketing, and customer teams—ensuring we bring the right products to market, with the right messages, for the right audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches from strategy to execution, including messaging, positioning, and campaign planning.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to deeply understand our users and prospects.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, compelling value propositions and product narratives that resonate with target personas.
  • Content Creation: Partner with content and design teams to create sales enablement materials, case studies, landing pages, videos, and thought leadership assets.
  • Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Equip revenue teams with the tools, playbooks, and training they need to effectively communicate Piktochart’s value.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the impact of product marketing initiatives, iterating based on data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Success to align efforts and drive adoption.

Required Sills:

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills. Ability to distill complex features into customer benefits.
  • Passionate about understanding users and advocating for their needs.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, with a bias toward action and results.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams.
  • Experience in visual communication, design tools, or productivity software.

Experience and Education: 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field (preferably in SaaS or B2B technology).
  • Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies, product launches, or customer engagement campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus but not required. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
