Product Marketing Manager

Modibodi, part of Essity, is a global pioneer in reusable period, leak-proof and sweat-proof apparel. Since launching in 2013, Modibodi has challenged the disposable hygiene industry through innovative products that empower people to live more comfortably and sustainably.

As the brand enters an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how our products are brought to market and experienced by consumers around the world.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role at the intersection of Product, Brand and Commercial. You will lead the development and execution of global product marketing strategies across Period Underwear, Swimwear, Sleepwear and Activewear.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketer who loves translating consumer insights and product innovation into compelling stories. You will be responsible for developing product positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans that drive awareness, consideration and conversion, while strengthening Modibodi’s position as a category leader.

What You Will Do

  • Develop product marketing strategies and communication plans across key product categories.

  • Create compelling product positioning and value propositions that clearly communicate benefits, differentiation and reasons to believe.

  • Partner closely with Product and Design teams to bring new products and innovations to market.

  • Translate technical product features and technologies into clear, engaging and customer-focused messaging.

  • Lead the development of product storytelling across digital, retail and wholesale channels.

  • Create copy and content for product detail pages, packaging, CRM, launch materials, advertising and customer education.

  • Build educational frameworks that help consumers understand product technologies, absorbencies, performance features and care instructions.

  • Own global messaging, terminology and product claims frameworks.

  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements and advertising standards.

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product launches and seasonal initiatives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, Retail, Wholesale and Customer Experience.

  • Develop launch toolkits, sales materials and product education resources.

  • Evaluate launch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who you are

You bring a global product marketing mindset, with the ability to think strategically from a brand and category leadership perspective while enabling successful execution across diverse markets.

A commercially savvy marketer, you combine strategic thinking with creativity to bring innovative products to life. You have a passion for consumer insights, storytelling and product innovation, and know how to translate technical features into compelling propositions that drive awareness, engagement and conversion. You thrive in collaborative environments, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and are energized by the pace, ambition and accountability of a high-growth brand.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing or Category Marketing within apparel, beauty, wellness or consumer products.

  • A strong track record of commercializing new products, leading successful go-to-market launches and developing compelling customer propositions.

  • Exceptional communication, copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex product features into engaging consumer narratives.

  • Experience leveraging consumer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and drive business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Experience managing product claims, compliance processes and legal approvals within a regulated environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Commercial, Creative, Digital and Leadership teams.

  • Excellent project management capabilities, with a talent for balancing multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines.

  • Experience working within direct-to-consumer, omnichannel and/or fast-growing businesses.

  • A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for creating meaningful brand experiences that drive loyalty and long-term growth.
