Software development is going through its biggest shift ever — from human-written code, to AI-assisted vibe coding, to fully agentic systems where AI writes and revises everything autonomously. Enterprises aren't ready for what this means for security, governance, and compliance.
Secure Code Warrior sits at the centre of this shift. We're the AI Software Governance platform helping organizations take control of AI-driven software development — and we're growing fast.
At $40M ARR and backed by leading investors, we're scaling the team that will define and own this category. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Australia to lead the go-to-market strategy for Trust Agent — our governance and traceability product — and drive the narrative for our AI acceleration roadmap.
This is not a supporting role. You'll work directly with the product team, partner with the CMO, and shape how the market understands a problem most enterprises don't yet know they have.
What You'll Do
Launch ownership. Lead end-to-end product launches — from beta to GA — including launch plans, internal readiness, external announcement sequencing, and post-launch performance tracking. Define launch tiers and set the bar for what a great SCW launch looks like.
Sales enablement that actually gets used. Build and maintain a core library of enablement assets: battlecards, objection handling guides, competitive tear sheets, discovery question frameworks, and persona-specific pitch decks. Work directly with AEs and SEs to pressure-test materials in real deal cycles — not just ship them to a shared drive.
Segment and persona playbooks. Develop market-specific GTM plays for key segments — enterprise CISO, AppSec engineering, and regulated industries. Each play includes entry-point messaging, proof points, recommended content sequence, and sales motion guidance.
Deal support and field intelligence. Embed with the revenue team on strategic deals. Bring competitive intelligence, late-stage messaging support, and RFP/RFI response frameworks that help close.
Revenue team onboarding. Own the product marketing component of new hire onboarding for sales and CS — ensuring every rep understands the Trust Agent value proposition, the AI governance category narrative, and how to handle the most common objections from day one.
Win/loss analysis. Conduct structured win/loss interviews and synthesize findings into actionable insights for product, sales, and leadership. Make the feedback loop real.
Content CreationCornerstone content. Author the foundational assets that define the category and SCW's position within it: the AI Software Governance market guide, the enterprise buyer's guide to governing AI-driven development, Trust Agent solution briefs, and the AI acceleration roadmap narrative deck.
Executive thought leadership. Ghostwrite and co-create content for the CMO and leadership team — including LinkedIn articles, keynote narratives, bylined pieces, and analyst-facing points of view on the future of AI governance.
Sales content. Produce the one-pagers, case study frameworks, ROI calculators, and leave-behind decks that move buyers through the funnel. Every asset should map to a specific stage, persona, and use case — not exist in isolation.
Campaign content. Partner with demand generation to develop content for integrated campaigns — writing ad copy, email sequences, landing page messaging, and webinar scripts that are on-brand and conversion-focused.
Customer evidence. Own the customer story program — identifying reference customers, developing case study frameworks, and turning real outcomes into proof points across formats (written case studies, video scripts, event testimonials).
Analyst and press enablement. Prepare briefing materials, positioning papers, and supporting data for Gartner, Forrester, and IDC engagements. Ensure analysts and press have the narrative, the proof, and the context to represent SCW accurately in their coverage.
Content performance. Set content goals tied to pipeline and engagement metrics. Review what's being used, what's converting, and what needs to be retired or refreshed — and act on it.
Category & Market DevelopmentEstablish category leadership. AI Software Governance is a new category — and you'll help build it. That means analyst relations, thought leadership, competitive positioning, and ensuring SCW is the reference point when the market talks about governing AI-driven development.
Own the Trust Agent narrative. You'll be the strategic voice for SCW's most forward-looking product — building the messaging, positioning, and content that moves the market. You'll articulate how Trust Agent puts guardrails on AI agents in repositories and delivers the traceability compliance and incident response demands — simply, confidently, and without jargon.
Drive the AI acceleration roadmap to market. Partner closely with the product team to translate the roadmap into compelling stories for CISOs, AppSec leaders, and engineering executives. You'll turn features into outcomes and outcomes into pipeline.
Go-to-Market EnablementBuild the GTM engine for Trust Agent and the AI roadmap. You won't hand things off — you'll design and run the programs that drive awareness, create demand, and close deals. Specifically:
Create content that drives the category forward. You write — and write well. This isn't a role where content gets delegated to an agency or a junior writer. You'll produce and oversee a content program that educates the market, builds SCW's authority in AI Software Governance, and generates qualified pipeline. Specifically:
What You Bring
6+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 in B2B enterprise software
A proven track record launching and scaling products in fast-moving, technically complex markets
Exceptional writing skills — you can take a complex technical concept and make it immediately clear to a CISO, a board member, or an enterprise buyer
The ability to own positioning and messaging end-to-end — not just execute briefs
Demonstrated experience building sales enablement programs that sales teams actually use — with measurable impact on win rates or deal velocity
Strong cross-functional instincts: you thrive partnering with product, sales, and demand generation to drive measurable results
Comfort operating at pace with high autonomy — you're a self-starter who sets the agenda, not waits for one
Bonus: experience in application security, developer tooling, AI governance, or the DevSecOps market
