  • Create content that showcases what Heidi has to offer: Document features, benefits, use cases and value for clinicians which can be deployed across all GTM tactics including website, content, conferences, sales collateral and more.

  • Differentiate Heidi in market: Help clinicians understand why Heidi is the best choice for them through specific content tactics including feature comparison tables, before and after infographic and customer stories.

  • Drive product adoption through high-velocity release support: Set Heidi’s customer-facing functions up for success with timely, accurate information and documentation for each product release and update which impacts customers or internal processes.

  • Orchestrate impactful product launches: Bring the Heidi team together to deliver launches which make a mark, including market impact, adoption, resurrection of users and more.

  • Enable PLG, hybrid and SLG motions: Create a bank of enablement from product screenshots to demo videos to one pagers and decks which powers sales teams efficacy and direct-to-clinician campaigns increase conversion.

What we will look for:

  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in product marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech start-up environment.

  • Excellent writing skills and well versed  at translating  technical product features into customer benefits and clear messaging.

  • Excellent execution and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong creative and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Unafraid to get your hands dirty to solve a wide range of shifting challenges and priorities - you need to be comfortable wearing a few different hats.
