About Guardhouse

Guardhouse is a fast-growing, cloud-based SaaS platform transforming workforce management for the global security industry. With over 600 customers across multiple regions, we help security companies streamline operations, improve compliance, and deliver better services through modern, mobile-first technology.

With established international traction and continued investment into growth, Guardhouse is scaling its product and engineering capabilities to support a rapidly expanding global customer base.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and executional excellence to our product function.
This role sits at the center of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring ideas move efficiently from concept build release customer adoption.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this is a highly hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and process improvement—not product strategy.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our product team operates smoothly, stays aligned, and delivers consistently across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Product Execution & Coordination

  • Work closely with the CPO to execute the product vision and roadmap
  • Act as the operational link between the CPO and Product Managers
  • Document new product concepts, requirements, and initiatives clearly and consistently
  • Coordinate Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure development specs are completed accurately and on time

Development Process & Delivery

  • Own and improve product development workflows (planning, scoping, delivery)
  • Identify bottlenecks, blockers, and inefficiencies in the development process and drive improvements
  • Support sprint readiness and ensure work is well-defined before development begins

Support & Prioritisation

  • Manage and prioritise support tickets across global markets
  • Ensure customer issues are triaged effectively and fed into the product backlog
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to align on priorities

Documentation & Product Knowledge

  • Ensure all product documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible
  • Maintain development specs and internal product documentation as features evolve
  • Create clear internal resources to support Sales, Success, and Support teams

Product Launch & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure:
    • New features are ready for demo
    • Content and enablement materials are prepared
    • Teams are aligned ahead of release
  • Own and distribute product release notes across the business and to customers via marketing channels.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on product delivery metrics and team performance
  • Analyse development workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the product team

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6+ years experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or similar execution-focused roles
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail—nothing falls through the cracks
  • Strong process builder who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership (CPO) and executing on direction
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented mindset

Tools & Systems

Experience with (or similar to):

  • Jira (or other product/project management tools)
  • HubSpot (or CRM systems)
  • Documentation tools (SharePoint)
  • Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams)

Why Join Guardhouse

  • Work directly with the CPO and play a key role in scaling the product function
  • Be part of a globally growing SaaS company with strong market traction
  • Opportunity quick career progression
  • High-impact role with real ownership over how the product team operates
  • Opportunity to build processes and systems from the ground up
  • Collaborative, long-tenure team with a strong culture of ownership
