You are an Expert in Continuous Testing and Quality Engineering. You have an extensive background in engineering and have led continuous testing in complex organizations on a large scale. You have exceptional influential skills and can represent continuous testing domain at all levels across the Group. You'll play an important role in steering the organization by contributing to the strategy and determining which problems to invest in solving. 

  

We’re interested in hearing from people who have experience in:  

  • Setting and define the product strategy, vision, goals and roadmap, aligned to Crew objectives and purpose, and engage with key stakeholders to manage technical delivery. 

  • Defining the technology / architecture roadmap underpinning the product, aligned to Crew Tech Lead objectives, minimising tech debt and promoting the fast flow of value. 

  • Actively explore technology improvements and prioritise the work that accelerates the future flow of value 

  • Applying both product and engineering expertise to balance the backlog of work between features, defects, debts, and risk to balance platform health against future flow of work and immediate customer needs. 

  • Coaching the team towards more modern solutions – cloud first, software first. 

  • Utilising strong knowledge of software engineering methodology to ensure systems are loosely coupled, fit-for-purpose, and comply with technical requirements. 

  • Ensuring technical delivery alignment with the broader engineering strategy and direction. 

  • Driving product exploration, validation of product strategy and the designing of technical solutions to complex problems. 

  • Role model best practices and a learning focused culture to contribute to strategic practice development, coaching and upskilling. 

  • Leading and directing troubleshooting activities, demonstrating accountability for business and technical impacts.
