Reports to: Senior Manager, Digital Platforms

THE ROLE
You’ll be a key player in our Digital Platforms team, working on integration and automation across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure and beyond.
You’ll lead a delivery team of integration consultants, and you’ll own the backlog and delivery cadence across Scape, Aveo and RTL.co. You’ll set direction, guide the team on design and stay hands-on, mainly in MuleSoft, stepping in on complex or critical builds. The function is new and growing, so you’ll help shape how integration and automation is done at The Living Company.

Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):

  • Owning the end-to-end integration and automation roadmap across Salesforce, MuleSoft and Azure, prioritising the backlog across Scape, Aveo and RTL.co
  • Leading and coaching a delivery team, including Business Analysts, as the function scales
  • Setting and reviewing design best practice, guiding integration patterns and ensuring enterprise standards are met
  • Staying hands-on - configuring, building and troubleshooting complex MuleSoft and automation deliverables directly
  • Acting as senior point of contact for business stakeholders and managing vendor relationships, including MuleSoft
  • Owning delivery governance in Jira - sprint ceremonies, quality gates and performance reporting to leadership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in integration and automation delivery, with demonstrated progression into team leadership or product ownership
  • Hands-on experience configuring and delivering MuleSoft integrations (or an equivalent enterprise integration platform)
  • Strong grounding in Agile/Scrum delivery and product ownership practices, with backlog management and Jira proficiency
  • Experience owning commercial outcomes - budgets, vendor contracts or delivery P&L - for a technology function
  • Experience working across multiple brands or complex multi-system environments, and MuleSoft certification, will be highly regarded

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?

  • Be part of a purpose-led organisation shaping how Australians live
  • Exposure to a large, diversified living platform with real scale and complexity
  • Strong focus on wellbeing, growth, and inclusive culture
  • Enjoy a range of health and wellbeing benefits, including paid leave days, health insurance, retail and leisure discounts, annual vaccinations, skin checks, employee referral programs and employee assistance programs.
