We’re looking for a strategic and proactive Product Owner – Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead the vision, development, and ongoing improvement of PAM services across the Qantas Group. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end product roadmap for PAM, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategy, while collaborating closely with key partners to attract and retain the right individuals to support delivery and long-term success.

Your Impact

As the PAM Product Owner, you will:

  • Own and manage the PAM product roadmap, working closely with Domain and Solution Architects to align strategic direction, technical feasibility, and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure that the right talent and capabilities are engaged to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing PAM solutions.
  • Translate business needs into a prioritised delivery sequence that meets objectives and timelines, while continuously assessing and adapting the roadmap to changing demands.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the PAM product portfolio, ensuring it delivers maximum value, supports continuous improvement, and upholds a strong security posture.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in technology product management, with a strong track record of roadmap development and execution in complex enterprise environments.
  • In-depth understanding of privileged access and best practices for secure management.
  • Hands-on expertise with CyberArk Privileged Cloud and preferably CyberArk Workforce Password Management or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Privileged Identity Management.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies, with the ability to coach teams and embed an Agile mindset across functions.
  • Demonstrated experience working with partners and vendors to source, attract, and engage the right delivery resources.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and influence strategic direction.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and commercial acumen to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
  • Experience running workshops, building consensus, and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL and operational service management best practices.
