The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join QBE on a 12‑month fixed term contract in the AUSPAC Claims business unit. This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering user‑focused digital solutions that support both business and partner systems.

Your new role
Define and articulate the product and service vision aligned to customer needs and business objectives
Partner with business stakeholders and agile scrum teams to shape priorities and deliver the product roadmap
Translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes through cross‑functional delivery
Build and maintain a strong understanding of user needs, motivations, and behaviours to inform decision‑making
Communicate progress and outcomes through showcases, stand‑ups, and visual management tools
Build strong partnerships across digital, innovation, marketing, and technology teams
Champion agile principles and ways of working to drive quality, consistency, and efficiency
About you
Experience developing, implementing, and managing digital products or technologies
Strong experience working in agile environments, particularly using the Scrum framework
Demonstrated capability delivering and embedding digital initiatives across complex environments
Experience developing business cases or business plans to support digital delivery
Experience within financial services or insurance (desirable)
