You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to make sure partner solutions are delivered smoothly, add real value to our roadmap, and stay aligned over time. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring partner performance, keeping us on top of compliance requirements like CPS230, and making sure internal teams are always informed and supported. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional role with real influence and visibility across the business.

What You’ll Do

Partnership Engagement Model & Development:

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, business development, and marketing to ensure successful end-to-end collaboration with key technology partners.

Partner Management & Negotiation:

  • In collaboration with the Product Management team, lead the commercial negotiations and secure partner agreements that deliver on the Tyro product strategy.

  • Own the ongoing relationship with strategic technology partners, maintaining alignment, performance, compliance, and roadmap coordination.

  • Regularly engage with partners to review performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for deepened collaboration.

Technical Integration & Enablement:

  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to plan and deliver seamless technical integrations with partner products and services.

  • Drive the resolution of compliance and technical challenges, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.

  • Help define best practices and playbooks for how we integrate and scale with external technologies.

Reporting, Governance & Compliance:

  • Communicate strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership through reporting, presentations, and executive updates.

  • Ensure compliance with key obligations, including regulatory requirements (e.g. CPS230), across all active partnerships.

  • Track partnership health and performance via dashboards and reporting frameworks.

What You’ll Bring
  • 7+ years in product partnerships, business development, or strategic partner management—ideally within technology, fintech, or SaaS.

  • Strong commercial and strategic instincts, with a proven ability to drive partnership outcomes that scale impact.

  • Experience negotiating and managing complex partner agreements, and a talent for building trust-based relationships.

  • Deep understanding of product and engineering processes, with the ability to collaborate closely with technical teams.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and changing priorities with a calm, structured approach.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills—able to represent Tyro credibly with external partners and internal execs alike.

  • An eye for emerging technologies and a passion for exploring how they can power better customer outcomes.
