Our Purpose

Empower Australian businesses to trade confidently with their customers.

Our Mission

We aim to be number one in our industry by delivering unique data insights and innovative products.

Your Role & Team

As a Product Specialist, you’ll play a key pre-sales role by uncovering customer needs, shaping solution scope, and guiding them from initial discussions through implementation and go-live. You’ll deeply understand CreditorWatch’s products (ApplyEasy, Collect, PPSR and more), ensuring customer requirements are met with existing functionality while managing any escalations for future or bespoke needs.

Working closely with Sales, you’ll lead solution scoping, configuration, training, and delivery - positioning yourself as a trusted, knowledgeable, and confident product expert throughout the entire customer journey.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term contract. This role reports directly to the Head of Product Delivery and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Lead pre-sales discovery to understand customer requirements and shape solution scope.
  • Create clear and accurate Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) for proposed solutions.
  • Guide customers through implementation, configuration, training and go-live.
  • Ensure customer needs align with existing product functionality and manage any required escalations.
  • Act as the key product expert for ApplyEasy, Collect, PPSR and related CreditorWatch solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support deal progression and smooth handover into delivery.
  • Stay across new product features and updates to provide confident, up-to-date guidance.
  • Build strong customer relationships by being proactive, reliable and solution-focused.
Our ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate is a customer-centric problem solver with 3–4 years’ experience configuring or selling SaaS solutions, ideally within fintech, credit management or accounting.

You’ll bring an understanding of digital credit applications and the end-to-end credit onboarding process, along with the communication skills to translate complexity into clarity.

You’re organised, detail-driven, great with documentation, and can juggle tight project timelines.

A natural team player with a proactive mindset, you enjoy being part of a growing organisation and building solutions that genuinely help customers succeed.
