An opportunity has become available for a result driven and sales-oriented Product Specialist to join our team in Sydney on a Full Time Permanent basis. We take pride in our company culture and team spirit focussing on support, growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic key account planning and strong clinical relationships.
  • Champion Education: Deliver impactful in-service training programs to enhance customer efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate & Win: Foster teamwork across internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and resolve challenges constructively.
  • Delight Customers: Build trust and satisfaction through proactive support, service excellence, and value-added solutions.
  • Invest in Yourself: Continuously develop product expertise and selling skills to stay ahead in a dynamic medical technology environment.

About You

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in Medical Devices, with a preference for those with a background in Aesthetics and Reconstruction is preferred.
  • Hunter Mindset: A strong sales drive with a passion to engage, build relationships and maximise outcomes.
  • Motivated and Ambitious: Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Able to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Organizational Skills: Expert in planning, prioritization, and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • People-Centric: Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholder levels.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Supportive team player committed to collective growth and success.
