About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially-minded product strategist to help shape and grow the OKX product offering in Australia.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused on sprint management or technical delivery ownership. Instead, this role sits at the intersection of product strategy, growth, operations, and product marketing, helping ensure our global product offering succeeds locally through deep customer understanding, strong market insight, clear positioning, and effective execution.

A key part of the role is developing a genuine understanding of our customers, how they trade, what frustrates them, what builds trust, and what creates delight. We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks from the customer perspective and can identify opportunities to make our products feel simpler, more intuitive, and more compelling in a highly competitive market.

You will act as the bridge between the Australian business and global Product teams, helping identify opportunities, influence priorities, drive launches, and communicate product value clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working cross-functionally, and turning complex products into simple, commercially effective customer experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partner with the local business and global Product teams to shape local product strategy and advocate for market-specific opportunities, customer needs, and commercial priorities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviours, pain points, motivations, and unmet needs, using those insights to improve customer experience, adoption, retention, and overall product engagement
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally, helping identify opportunities to simplify, educate, delight, and differentiate the OKX experience in Australia
  • Translate customer feedback, operational insights, market trends, and business objectives into clear product recommendations and actionable initiatives
  • Own and drive local execution of product and feature launches, including go-to-market planning, internal enablement, customer communications, and post-launch performance analysis
  • Develop clear product positioning, messaging, educational content, and launch communications that help customers better understand and adopt our products
  • Act as the central coordination point between local teams and global Product & Engineering teams for product feedback, operational issues, launch readiness, and prioritisation discussions
  • Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to drive stronger adoption and engagement across existing products and features, ensuring customers clearly understand and realise the value of the OKX ecosystem
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure products are commercially effective, operationally scalable, and aligned to customer needs
What We Look For In You
  • Strong commercial thinking and customer empathy, with the ability to balance user experience, operational realities, and business outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and concepts into clear messaging
  • Experience working in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, payments, or other fast-moving technology environments
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, product adoption, and go-to-market execution
  • Highly proactive and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with significant cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to support decision-making
  • A genuine interest in understanding customer behaviour and improving how people experience and engage with digital products
Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!
