🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Expo Centric factory, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and efficiency at all times
  • Manage production from job estimation through completion, handling fabrication, print, and finishing workflows with zero excuses for delays or cost overruns
  • Lead and develop the factory team—setting expectations, building accountability, and creating a culture where quality and safety are non-negotiable
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and account teams to ensure production aligns with project requirements and delivery timelines
  • Monitor budgets, estimate costs accurately, and identify efficiencies—making smart decisions that protect both quality and the bottom line

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in production management, manufacturing, or fabrication
  • Hands-on experience managing factory operations, production schedules, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of WHS, compliance, and facilities management
  • Commercial mindset—able to estimate costs, track budgets, and drive efficiency without compromising quality or safety
