About The Team

Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound, inventory management, and outbound processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs, including productivity, throughput, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment, driving continuous operational improvements.
  • Develop daily production plans and workforce allocation based on business demand to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate with team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives by optimizing workflows, standardizing operating procedures (SOPs), and improving operational efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, production management, inventory control, and warehouse performance management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to drive operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
