Production Planner

Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Production Planner to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Production Planner lies within the Production and is based in our Susurluk factory.
The Production Planner role ensures the implementation of business plans by achieving the goals set for this area through commitment, implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of processes. You'll be working in a high-performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Production Manager.
In brief- you will be responsible for

• Ensuring timely preparation of short-term production plans and carrying out monthly, quarterly and annual analyses of the production performed
• Calculation of labor and line occupancy according to demands, preparation of capacity report.
• Follow-up of the Project Evaluation Report according to the line capacities
• Coordination of alternative line studies of products with stakeholders(R&D-Quality-Production-Maintenance)
• Long-term budget planning with employment
• Ensuring the reliability of the collected information and compiling data on the course of production processes in terms of the performance of indicators
• Collecting and processing information and data on the course of process orders (task performance, downtime, quality of the finished product), information necessary for calculating the indicator - KPI, OEE, CTP, PTP, CFR
• Responsibility for the correct handling of process orders on the part of SAP.
• Ongoing updating of data in the OMP and Production Rate system in SAP.
• Participation in projects, introducing new products and withdrawing from production.

What You Bring

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum one year of experience in a position related to production planning
• Fluency in spoken and written English at a minimum B2 level
• Good knowledge of SAP and the ability to work in this system.
• Computer skills (MS - Office)
• The ability to think analytically, systematically and accurately
• Ability to work in a team and very good communication and organization of working time
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
