The Productivity Specialist will analyze data, drive actionable insights for business improvement, and support stakeholders in decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
About the Role
This is a full-time secondment role for a duration of 12 months. In this position, you will be responsible for partnering with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
- Understand customer segments and the nurture journey across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business channels.
- Proactively collect, clean, and analyse operational, financial, and customer data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Identify trends, root causes, and actionable patterns that directly inform business priorities.
- Ensure every analysis concludes with specific, practical recommendations for action.
- Facilitate discovery workshops in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants to identify, define, and align on key dashboard metrics that drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and other actionable business insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that all key decisions are grounded in robust analysis and clear recommendations.
- Analyse site engagement and conversion performance metrics (e.g., traffic sources, bounce rates, funnel drop-offs) and support experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and checkout optimisation to drive continuous conversion improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure insights are translated into implemented actions and measurable results.
- Provide scenario modelling and forecasting that directly supports operational and strategic decisions.
- Recommend and help execute process improvements, resource allocation, and workflow changes based on data evidence.
- Focus on driving business impact — transforming insights into actions that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention, not merely reporting metrics.

- Interest in understanding direct-to-consumer business.
- 2–5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a business, marketing, or operations environment.
