A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Program Lead reporting to the Executive Manager Transform and Delivery Implementation.

A bit about your role

We have a rewarding opportunity at nbn for a Program Lead – Transform and Delivery Implementation, that sits at the heart of how we simplify, streamline and strengthen the way we deliver change across IP&D. You will guide the coordination and execution of programs and projects that shape nbn’s strategic roadmap, ensuring our technology, processes and ways of working come together with clarity and purpose. Working closely with our key strategic stakeholders, you will nurture strong partnerships that bring technical solutions to life in ways that meet both functional needs and broader business outcomes.

In this role, you will champion our Simplification Strategy by fostering a culture of curiosity, data driven thinking and AI enabled innovation. You will bring people together across Testing, Reporting and ETD SME functions, ensuring that transformation activities are well understood, supported and embedded. Your work will create consistency in how we plan, govern and deliver programs, while offering thoughtful guidance that helps teams navigate risks, anticipate opportunities and stay aligned to nbn’s key outcomes. Through your leadership, you will help shape a more connected, efficient and future focused delivery environment across IP&D.
