We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager, Modern Slavery & Sustainability. Reporting to the Director, Group Sustainability, you will play a central role in ensuring we maintain strong compliance standards, demonstrate transparency in our supply chain, and prepare the organisation for evolving global reporting expectations.

In this role, you will lead the full delivery of our annual UK, Australian, and Canadian statements addressing modern slavery. You will also help Aristocrat follow the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will work in close coordination with teams across Sustainability, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance and Communications to drive continuous improvement and embed responsible business practices across our global operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Leading the preparation, drafting and project management of Aristocrat’s annual Modern Slavery Statement, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with legislative requirements across Australia, Canada and the UK. Partner closely with Aristocrat’s communications and legal teams.

  • Facilitating Aristocrat’s cross-functional Modern Slavery Working Group, including agenda setting, action tracking, and delivery of strategic priorities

  • Partnering with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and other functions to identify, assess, and mitigate modern slavery risks across our operations and value chain.

  • Leading internal preparations to ensure Aristocrat is ready to meet obligations under ESRS, including policy development, gap assessments, double materiality preparation, and assurance-readiness activities

  • Providing expert mentorship to internal collaborators on issues related to modern-day forced labor, fundamental rights, and associated sustainability matters, including standards reporting, risk assessment, and audit procedures.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive committees, and contribute to Board reporting as required.

  • Leverage appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to strengthen data collection, due diligence processes and reporting efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ of professional experience in modern slavery, human rights, and/or sustainability reporting, within a corporate or advisory setting.

  • Strong understanding of relevant human rights frameworks and legislation, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights and the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

  • Experience working with major sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., ESRS, ASRS, GRI, SASB).

  • Outstanding project and program management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to prioritise multiple priorities.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and work effectively with diverse collaborators across cultures and time zones.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using compliance or due diligence platforms.

  • Positive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Ability to work flexibly and effectively across a diverse global business.
