CHEP helps move more goods to more people, in more places than any other organization on earth via our 347 million pallets, crates and containers. We employ approximately 13,000 people and operate in 60 countries. Through our pioneering and sustainable share-and-reuse business model, the world’s biggest brands trust us to help them transport their goods more efficiently, safely and with less environmental impact.
What does that mean for you? You’ll join an international organization big enough to take you anywhere, and small enough to get you there sooner. You’ll help change how goods get to market and contribute to global sustainability. You’ll be empowered to bring your authentic self to work and be surrounded by diverse and driven professionals. And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.
We’re looking for a Program Manager - Sales and Customer Enablement to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, customer experience, and operational excellence.
This is not your typical project manager role. You’ll be at the heart of innovation - working across AI, automation, analytics, and CRM platforms to bring future-ready solutions to life.
This role will be central to evolving and implementing Salesforce capabilities, delivering an AI roadmap that includes chatbots and predictive tools, and delivering self-service analytics that empower teams with actionable insights. You’ll also help drive the transformation of our “Call Centre of the Future” through automation and emerging technologies. Collaboration will be key, as you work across teams to embed change, champion continuous improvement, and ensure new tools and processes are successfully adopted.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Delivery of strategic programs, including Salesforce Enablement, AI Roadmap initiatives, Predictive & Advanced Analytics, and Call Centre of the Future capabilities.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce enhancements to support sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and maximise adoption across the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Enablement Lead to deliver prioritised AI capabilities that enhance sales enablement and customer experience.
- Drive the development and deployment of predictive and advanced analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Support the delivery of next-generation call centre capabilities, including chatbots, AI tools, and other emerging technologies.
- Take ownership of the Salesforce Impact Network, ensuring it drives maximum value by capturing sales feedback, influencing global enhancements, and enabling the sales team to adopt and fully leverage new capabilities.
- Proven experience in program or project delivery, ideally in digital, sales enablement, or transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), analytics tools (Power BI, ThoughtSpot), and process mapping and automation (e.g. Nintex).
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Exposure to AI, chatbots, or emerging tech is a bonus.
We value creativity, collaboration, and curiosity, and we are looking for someone who shares these values. Someone who will support the ambition to foster Supreme Customer Value!
If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with an innovative company where you are empowered to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
