Job Description

TOMRA Collection Australia are seeking a Program Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering the strategic initiatives that keep our business moving forward and our partners aligned.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Solutions & Service, you'll provide governance, portfolio oversight and delivery leadership across major business programs. Acting as the key connection between TOMRA Collection Australia and our partners, you'll help ensure strategic initiatives & contractual commitments are effectively managed and delivered.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Please note that this role is offered as an 18 month fixed-term contract.

Some of the duties you will perform include (not limited to):

  • Provide oversight across a portfolio of strategic business initiatives and major programs
  • Partner with executive leaders, partners and scheme stakeholders to drive key business outcomes
  • Lead governance frameworks that provide visibility, accountability and transparency across strategic initiatives
  • Ensure business commitments, contractual obligations and key deliverables are tracked, managed and achieved
  • Facilitate executive, steering committee and governance forums, supporting effective decision-making across the business
  • Manage risks, dependencies, reporting requirements and milestones across multiple initiatives
  • Help bring strategic opportunities to life, from planning through to successful delivery
  • Build strong relationships across TOMRA, industry partners and external stakeholders to support lasting business success
  • Lead a great safety culture by example

Qualifications

About You:

We're looking for someone who can successfully navigate complex programs, build strong relationships, and drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll also bring:

  • Qualifications in Project Management, Program Management, Governance, Business Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience gained through similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to understand critical paths and coordinate complex programs across a portfolio of activities
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, programs or business initiatives within a dynamic operational environment
  • Strong capability in portfolio governance, executive reporting and stakeholder management, with the ability to provide clear visibility and direction across multiple initiatives
  • Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior business leaders, business partners and external stakeholders
  • A highly organised approach, with the ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects and competing priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen and sound judgement, enabling you to balance business objectives, risks and delivery outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results
  • The drive to make a genuine impact and contribute to the success of a growing, purpose-driven organisation focused on creating a more sustainable future
