Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, define and manage forecasted costs on the project team, monitor sourcing and tool kick off progress.
- Interface with Marketing to ensure strategic and contractual alignment with Purchasing.
- Represent Purchasing in Project Execution Team meetings. (the voice of Purchasing)
- Interface with Chief Engineers, Executive Directors, Program leads.
- Coordinate interaction between Engineer and Purchasing to prepare for Engineering Project reviews.
- Support Project Team meeting requests
- Coordinate Project costs to include logistics, containerization and other supply chain costs with the Project Team
- Communicate and coordinate Project change requests and decision to Purchasing
- Report out program financials to Purchasing Executive leadership
- Coordinate interaction with global areas
- Monitor and track parts not on contract
- Support Supplier Launch Readiness Review

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related careers.
- Required experience on Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Engineering with similar experience.
- Microsoft Office: Advanced level.
- English: Advanced level.
- Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week in person).
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Spanish.
- Knowledge of PowerBI.
- Automotive industry experience.
