What your typical day will look like

An entry level position, Programmatic Associate is a great place to start to forge a career in the media industry. Within this role you will be enabled to build foundational knowledge of the programmatic landscape, gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of media planning and buying, and gain exposure to advertising practices across a variety of verticals. The scope of this role presents the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of advertising channels within the programmatic discipline, with a focus on building your understanding as to how they work together to form a marketing strategy.

Within this role you will be a part of a team reporting to the Programmatic Manager and Director. 

This includes

  • As a Programmatic Associate your immediate responsibilities will include a variety of different tasks
  • Including but not limited to programmatic media campaign setup and activation, campaign reporting and insights
  • Assisting with campaign planning and document preparation, and working with clients and client teams on any broader requests they might have
  • The role will require your usage of entry level media maths and terminology, as well as the usage of media industry tools and technology to assist you with each of the above
  • In addition to this your work will be aimed at allowing you to build a strong understanding of the AU media landscape
  • In turn will expect you to take advantage of the opportunities presented to further your own growth and understanding

A bit about you

  • Through this role you will gain exposure to the Programmatic, and broader media landscape, and the application of advertising principles across a variety of verticals
  • All team members at iProspect have a bespoke personal development plan aimed at delivering trainings and opportunities for you to succeed, both within your immediate role and responsibilities, and to pave the way towards your long-term aspirations While the majority of your time will go towards on-the-job learning we will also enable your growth through dedicated training opportunities, as well as providing access to relevant industry certification opportunities
  • As an Associate you will also have access to our dentsu onboarding Learning & Development program – an initiative aimed at fast-tracking your learning and development in the media space, giving you best-in-class on the job learning and mentorship from our leaders, as well as exposure to broader media disciplines outside the Programmatic space

*Salary offered for this is AUD 70400 Including Superannuation*
