The Role: Project Administrator

Join our dynamic Bids & Projects team and gain hands-on experience supporting key PMO activities. You'll help drive project delivery, build your knowledge of project structures (WBS, OBS, RAM, etc.), and work with tools like Excel, Word, PRIMAVERA, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PMO reporting and delivery cycles
  • Assist in building and maintaining project structures and schedules
  • Help prepare bid and project master schedules
  • Contribute to contract management activities
  • Assist with cost and schedule control, reporting, and variations
  • Work alongside finance to update tasks in ERP systems
  • Close out project tasks and track schedule progress

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced team
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and pick up new systems and concepts quickly
  • Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
