Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, you'll work closely with Project Managers and the Proposals team to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor management
- Communicating with internal & external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Maintaining project documentation and records with high accuracy
- Organizing and assisting in meetings, action plans, and reporting
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Project Support Supervisor & Project Managers
- Proactively identifying risks & opportunities to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in construction/project management or high-level administration
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, or SharePoint (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications & Licenses (Desirable but Not Essential):
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Business
- Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- C Class Driver's License & White Card (or ability to obtain)
