RBA have a great career opportunity to work on critical national infrastructure. We are currently looking for Project Coordinator with demonstrated experience in managing Projects within IT in the Financial Services industry for a 2 year fixed term contract. The ideal candidate would have familiarity of payment systems and payments applications or similar background.

Your background

  • Coordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers outcomes necessary to realise benefits as agreed by the project/program sponsors under the direction of project/program managers.

  • Proactively support and apply a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes and practices to effectively manage all aspects of the project.

  • Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.

  • Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.

  • Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective, develop plans to mitigate/resolve and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.

  • Assist/support in the project procurement process 

  • A general knowledge of VMware virtualisation technologies (e.g., vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and Network Engineering (Cisco UCS).
