As a Project Coordinator, you'll assist the Project Manager with coordinating projects, managing schedules, documentation, and stakeholder relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects.

Coordinate schedules, track progress, and maintain project documentation.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Support risk assessments, quality management, and procurement activities.

Ensure project compliance with procedures and provide status updates.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance.
