Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various sectors.
Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, procurement, and reporting using platforms such as Procore and MS Project.
Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, risk registers, and weekly progress reports.
Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets, documentation, and scope management.
Ensure compliance with company standards, project control systems, and safety requirements.
About You
Australian Citizen (required due to government project eligibility).
Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or Engineering.
1-2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator role within the property or construction sector.
Understanding of project management terminology, processes, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging in a corporate environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Procore (or similar tools).
Flexibility to travel interstate and stay overnight when required.
A valid driver’s license is highly regarded.
