We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator with demonstrated experience in managing Projects within IT in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate would have familiarity of payment systems and payments applications or similar background.

Your background

  • Coordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers outcomes necessary to realise benefits as agreed by the project/program sponsors under the direction of project/program managers.

  • Proactively support and apply a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes and practices to effectively manage all aspects of the project.

  • Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.

  • Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.

  • Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective, develop plans to mitigate/resolve and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.

  • Assist/support in the project procurement process 

  • A general knowledge of VMware virtualisation technologies (e.g., vSphere, vCenter, ESXi) and Network Engineering (Cisco UCS).
