Opportunity

Welcome to a pivotal role within our dynamic team! As a Project Integrator, you will be at the heart of our large-scale program, orchestrating the seamless development and integration of individual projects. Your primary mission will be to ensure that each project not only stays on course but also exceeds expectations through meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the development and integration of projects, ensuring they align with the overarching program goals.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on schedule.
  • Needs Anticipation: Identify potential challenges and resource requirements in advance, allowing for timely mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the Acquisition Office, program managers, lead engineers, and customers to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, motivating and guiding your team to deliver outstanding results consistently.

Qualifications:

Required

  • TS/SCI with poly

  • Ability to manage project schedules and project integrators on site processes

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams

  • 5+ years of project initiation and tailoring

  • 5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs

  • 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking.

  • 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs

  • Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards

  • Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings

  • Experience with working in team environments

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with using SharePoint 

  • HS diploma or GED required

Desired

  • Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences

  • Ability to create project documentation

  • BA or BS degree

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,800 - $150,800
