Overview
This role supports the delivery of Salesforce projects, focusing on client onboarding, project planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Project Manager collaborates with senior team members to implement Salesforce platforms within our managed services, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic alignment. Ideal for someone with foundational project management experience and a strong desire to deepen their expertise in Salesforce project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating Salesforce implementation and consulting projects
- Support onboarding processes, including stakeholder identification and communication
- Help develop project timelines, track milestones, and maintain project documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project scope, budget, and deliverables are met
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives, including documentation and training
- Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to clients and internal teams
- Coordinate resources across project phases and ensure timely follow-up
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and articulate Salesforce solutions
- Support growth initiatives by gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities for new services
- Assist in documenting project progress, risks, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Learn and utilize project management tools (Jira, Salesforce, MS Office) effectively
Professional Experience
- 1-3 years of project management or related experience, preferably in CRM or technology projects
- Exposure to or familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm to learn the specifics of Salesforce project execution
