A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for our clients, establishing strong relationships from the outset, and setting them up for long-term success with our solutions.

Your day-to-day activities may include the following:

  • Lead Client Onboarding Projects: Manage the end-to-end client onboarding lifecycle, from initial contract signing to successful platform implementation and handoff to account management.

  • Develop and Execute Onboarding Plans: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for each new client, aligning with their specific needs and our internal processes.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding, coordinating closely with internal teams including sales, product, engineering, support, and legal to ensure all aspects of onboarding are addressed.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks.

  • Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation of client configurations, requirements, and best practices. Facilitate client training sessions on Acquire Intelligence Inc. products and services.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability. Identify and implement best practices for client success.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with new clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding phase.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Preferable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or CSM certification is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, implementation, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a BPO or SaaS company

  • Flexibility around work schedule for project assignments as required (this may include shifting working hours to align with other regions)

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and effectively manage client expectations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical product features and integrate them into client solutions. Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira) is a plus.

  • A genuine passion for client success and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
