About the Role:

Turium is expanding our ERP & AI Automation delivery capability across Australia and we’re seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP, TechnologyOne, and Turium ERP implementation projects for enterprise and government clients.

This is a client-facing delivery role where you’ll oversee planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communication — ensuring seamless, high-quality go-lives that deliver tangible business outcomes. You’ll work closely with Turium’s Australian consulting teams to drive transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation and AI automation projects — requirements, design, build, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Manage delivery governance, project reporting, and steering committees.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, resourcing, and scope management.
  • Coordinate consultants, engineers, product teams, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Drive cutover, change management, and user adoption across SAP, TechnologyOne, and Turium ERP ecosystems.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans.
  • Ensure quality assurance through test plans, acceptance criteria, and post-go-live reviews.
  • Capture lessons learned to enhance Turium’s delivery methodologies and playbooks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering ERP projects involving SAP, TechnologyOne, or equivalent large-scale systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Experience in consulting or enterprise transformation environments.
  • Understanding of data migration, integrations, and testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI or automation-enabled ERP solutions is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen — project budgets, contracts, and governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Finance.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with public sector, utilities, or higher education clients.
  • Knowledge of finance, supply chain, HRP, and works & assets modules.
  • Exposure to AI/ML automation, data analytics, or intelligent workflow orchestration.

Why Turium:

Join Turium and lead next-generation ERP and AI transformation programs that integrate SAP, TechnologyOne, and our own Turium ERP platform. You’ll work at the intersection of product innovation and enterprise delivery — driving automation, analytics, and intelligent operations across Australia’s most forward-thinking organisations.
