This Project Manager role sits within our APAC Finance function and plays a pivotal role in delivering a strategic internal transformation initiative across payroll processes and systems. The role leads a targeted change program, driving planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple workstreams in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Requirements
What you will need to be successful in this role
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end project execution and delivery
- Proven ability to develop practical project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets within agreed tolerances
- Strong capability in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks proactively
- Experience delivering projects to agreed standards, governance frameworks, and stakeholder expectations
- Confidence engaging and reporting at senior leadership level with clarity and credibility
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound decisions within project constraints
- Resilience and composure when working under pressure or managing change-related complexity
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
- Experience leading change and transformation initiatives, with a clear understanding of organisational impact
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
- Experience with finance back-office systems, payroll systems, or process transformation initiatives
