As a Project Manager - Minestar (Field/Office based – 7/7 Roster), you’ll play a key role in deploying cutting-edge Caterpillar Technology Solutions directly on-site, working closely with clients to ensure successful adoption and operational excellence. As a Project Manager you will
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of technology implementations, ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure delivery is compliant with Safety standards and Project plans.
- Manage project budgets to achieve departmental financial goals.
- Review and ensure compliance of all project documentation, maintaining accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and minimizing friction points.
- Provide clear project leadership, maintaining compliance and accountability across all phases.
- Report on progress, outcomes, and project performance to internal and external stakeholders

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Relevant level of experience in a similar role, working within Caterpillar Mining Equipment and/or Mining Technology is preferred but not essential
- Experience supervising a team
- Certificate III or IV Trade certificate is preferred but not essential
- Experience in Project Management is preferred but not essential
