As a Project Manager at Stryker you’ll make a real difference in how our Operations teams collaborate, grow and thrive. You’ll become a valued part of our Project Management Office (PMO), leading key initiatives that help us streamline processes, boost productivity and enhance the way we work together. You’ll guide projects from concept to completion using best-practice frameworks, all while championing communication, teamwork and continuous improvement.

We’re searching for a confident, driven, and highly organised Project Manager with a gift for building strong relationships, influencing and bringing people together. You will be someone who can quickly connect with stakeholders at all levels, build trust and develop collaborative partnerships that keep projects on track. You will have a sharp eye for detail and your strategic mindset will guide teams toward successful delivery while continuously improving how we manage projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build dynamic partnerships with stakeholders across the business
Lead end-to-end project management across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
Apply best-practice methodologies and effective change management techniques
Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clear requirements and alignment
Identify risks, define mitigations, and adapt project plans in response to shifting priorities
Manage project governance, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and compliance
Prepare and deliver project reports and handovers, ensuring seamless BAU transition
Must have experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in project teams, with at least 1 year leading projects that delivered tangible business value
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects across diverse teams
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience gathering business requirements and managing project delivery
Familiarity with project governance and change management practices
Nice to Have Experience
Experience working with hybrid Agile methodologies and leading continuous improvement initiatives
Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOX, GxP, and computer systems validation
Technical Skills
Exposure to project management tools (e.g. as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Visio or similar)
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired but not required: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or recognised PM certifications (Scrum, PMP, PPM, PMI-ACP, CSM)
