Our Supply & Install team provides our valued Builders & Developers professional supply and install solutions. We do this by providing trade qualified installers, with dedicated on-site project management along with developing project specific solutions for Carpentry, Joinery, flooring, plasterboard and many other categories. We intend to be able to grow our sales across the wider range within our Commercial Builders, Organisations and trades segments in the future.
We are now seeking professional Supply & Install Project Managers to join our dedicated team in NSW - A Project Manager to support our Sydney region and another Project Manager to support our Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley Region.

As a Supply & Install Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting on-site check measurements.
  • Understanding site logistics, access, and lift access, while managing customer expectations within the business's capabilities.
  • Building project schedules and scopes of work across multiple sites and offers.
  • Managing on-site inductions with subcontractors.
  • Overseeing all on-site work completed by subcontractors.
  • Managing and conducting on-site checklists.
  • Facilitating mutually beneficial outcomes when project schedules are impacted or variations are applied.
  • Ensuring subcontractors adhere to all safe workplace practices.
  • Attending any required on-site meetings with customers, including toolbox talks, walkthroughs, and safety presentations.
  • Working with Commercial Account Managers and Area Sales Managers to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded, delivering the best experience for our customers.
  • Utilizing technology and associated product packages for final work output, including sign-off documentation.
  • Providing on-the-spot recovery and solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Collaborating closely with the State Team Leader, Project Coordination Team, Solution Specialists, Builders Nominee, and Compliance Manager to ensure all on-site updates, issues, or concerns are communicated and ensuring DIFOT (Delivered In Full On Time).
  • Delivering projects in full, on time, and on budget.
  • Executing practical and final completion sign-offs.
  • Building internal relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to commercial account managers, area managers, state sales managers, and BDMs.
  • Driving additional sales revenue on-site through add-on sales, remedials, or additional work requests.

About You
As an experienced project manager, you will be tenacious, outcome-driven & customer focused in your approach to work, excel at building relationships and managing stakeholders, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will additionally have:

  • Hands on experience within the Commercial construction industry and extensive knowledge of the whole of build process
  • Strong Carpentry experience and associated product knowledge
  • Ability to respond quickly and problem solve effectively
  • Attention to detail and regard for maintaining standards and delivering results
  • Ability to read, interpret and troubleshoot architectural plans and CAD software plans or equivalent
  • Requirement to learn all Supply & Install Offers
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrate integrity, respect, and teamwork in everything you do
  • Solid computer competency with a proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
