About the Roles
We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month engagement to lead high-impact initiatives within NorthConnex. This role focuses on delivering roadside technology and ITS systems projects, contributing to NorthConnex’s 5-year strategic roadmap. You’ll manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation through to service introduction, working closely with sponsors and leadership to shape outcomes and drive value.
What is ITS?
Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) refer to advanced applications designed to provide innovative services related to different modes of transport and traffic management. These systems enable users to be better informed and make safer, more coordinated, and smarter use of transport networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams
- Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, budgets, and timelines
- Manage risks, costs, schedules, and stakeholder engagement
- Deliver solutions that provide immediate and future business value
- Deliver roadside technology and ITS integration life cycle upgrades
- Coordinate with teams across Technology and ITS domains
- Manage Operational Technology (OT) and IT systems infrastructure enhancements across road networks
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in project delivery within infrastructure, ITS, or OT domains
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects
- Familiarity with project governance and service introduction/transition processes
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
