The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support a critical legal company migration from an Australian to a New Zealand entity, with delivery required by 30th September. This is a high-impact role that will support a Project Manager and will see you working across multiple business functions to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely transition. You will play a central role in coordinating complex workstreams, engaging key stakeholders, and driving delivery against a tightly defined timeline. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and outcomes-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
Your responsibilities will include –
- Coordinating end-to-end migration activities, including governance, regulatory compliance, legal entity, and finance workstreams
- Managing and engaging stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
- Driving delivery against the mandated implementation timeline
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
- Providing clear and consistent project reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
About You
Ideally you will display –
- Demonstrated experience supporting legal entity restructures, finance transformation, regulatory, or corporate migration projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with competing priorities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on outcomes and accountability
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
